This post is continuation from previous post regarding the launch of backtester app<\/strong><\/a>. You can use the data gathered into these 3 exchangers. The one that has the most function is Binance<\/a><\/strong> including Trailing Stop, Price Deviation Multiplier and Percentage Stop Loss % option (and with the ability to continue the bot with new position after previous position was stopped loss). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternative is Bitget<\/a><\/strong>, which does not have the Trailing Stop and Percentage Stop Loss % option, while still has the Price Deviation Multiplier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other alternative is Kucoin<\/a><\/strong>, but has the least configuration option compared to the 2 above. Kucoin does not has Price Deviation Multiplier or Trailing Stop function. However, i find Kucoin is the easiest to use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to key in the parameters?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For this tutorial i will use screenshot from mobile app Binance. Once you acquire best setting parameters from the DCA Backtester, head to your Binance app and key in those parameters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the main dashboard of the app, look for Trading Bots<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Under the Bearish segment, choose Spot DCA<\/strong>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In this example, i choose Buy XRP<\/strong>. We are going to change the parameters setting as to our backtested parameters. For Binance major coins, the minimum Buy is 7.50 USDT<\/strong>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Key in the parameters. As you can see, i choose Trailing Stop for Taking Profit. And because the Base Order Size (Initial Buy) is 7.50 USDT<\/strong>, hence, the DCA Order Size (second buy order) is 15 USDT<\/strong> if you choose DCA Multiplier is 2x<\/strong>. FYI, Multiplier 2x has been working great for me. Max DCA orders is EXCLUDING<\/strong> the Base Order Size (Initial Buy), this means 5+1<\/strong> is total of 6 Max Positions<\/strong>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

For Intial Buy of 7.5 USDT with Multiplier of 2x and total Max Positions of 6, this will cost you 472.5 USDT<\/strong>. If you feel the amount is too much, you can use the alternative Bitget<\/strong> for lower starting capital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I usually leave the remaining settings as they were.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Remember, the alternatives work fine too, just with lesser parameter settings. The main advantage is that you can start with lower capital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
